Our premium outdoor center features more than 70 specialty retailers, restaurants, luxury apartments, professional office spaces, and a movie theatre with bowling and billiards. Guests of Peninsula Town Center will receive a safe and enjoyable shopping and dining experience in Hampton Roads.
We all want to live, work and play in a clean, safe environment. For that to happen, we need to cooperate to maintain our buildings, parking areas, streets and parks and promote an environment that is enjoyable and hospitable for everyone, including guests and employees. Please click here to visit our Community Standards page for more information.
Peninsula Town Center is dog-friendly! We welcome you and your well-behaved dog to enjoy your visit in the common areas of Peninsula Town Center. In addition, merchants that permit dogs will have a ‘dog-friendly’ sticker on their door or window to indicate that customers may bring their dogs into the store. Dog owners visiting Peninsula Town Center will be expected to keep their dog on a leash at all times as well as pick up after them.
Town Square and Marys Park
Town Square and Marys Park are the main areas for events and gatherings at Peninsula Town Center. Guests can enjoy our beautiful landscapes in between shopping or attend one of our many events throughout the year. The Pop Fountains in Town Square are open to the public June through September. Children under 12 are welcome.
The beautifully landscaped and peaceful park located on Allainby Way is named for four women, all with the same first name, who made significant contributions to education on the Peninsula. In 2015, with the help of The Peninsula School for Autism, we were able to open Marys Park Playground, which has special features for children with sensory needs. The park is also completely wheelchair accessible. Click here for more information.
